Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collection on the website, add to cart, and checkout. Or send us your brief directly on WhatsApp at +971 50 773 3073. We respond within two hours.
Q: How far in advance should I order?
A: All orders need a minimum of one day in advance. For custom designs, we recommend 3 to 5 days. Tiered and wedding cakes need 2 to 4 weeks.
Q: Do you deliver all over the UAE?
A: Yes. We deliver across every emirate — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, RAK, Fujairah, and Al Ain. Delivery fees vary by location.
Q: What are the delivery fees?
A: UAQ — FREE Delivery - Abu Dhabi and Al Ain — AED 50. Sharjah, Ajman and Dubai — AED 35. RAK and Fujairah — AED 50.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Cash on Delivery (COD), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and card payments. Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later) coming soon.
Q: Can I customize my cake?
A: Absolutely. Send us a brief on WhatsApp — a colour, a theme, a photo, or just an idea. We will design it and confirm with you before baking.
Q: What flavours do you offer?
A: Chocolate, Vanilla, Red Velvet, Strawberry, Pistachio, Coconut, Honey, Carrot, Pecan, and seasonal specials. Ask us about any flavour not listed.
Q: Do your cakes contain allergens?
A: Most of our cakes contain eggs, dairy, and wheat (gluten). Some contain nuts. Please let us know about any allergies when ordering and we will advise.
Q: How should I store my cake?
A: Refrigerate at 4 degrees. Remove 20 to 30 minutes before serving for best taste and texture. Best consumed within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date. Contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 773 3073.
Q: Do you cater for events and corporate orders?
A: Yes. We handle corporate gifting, office events, weddings, and large celebrations. Contact us for a custom quote.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: No. CHO LAB is a cloud bakery — we operate from a licensed kitchen and deliver directly to your door. This lets us focus entirely on quality.
