CHO LAB delivers freshly made cakes and desserts across the United Arab Emirates.

Lead Time

Orders generally require at least one day's notice. Place your order before 9:00 PM for next-day fulfilment. Sugar-paste, tiered, and bespoke designs may need additional preparation time — we will confirm your delivery date after ordering.

Delivery Zones & Fees

- Umm Al Quwain — FREE
- Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman — AED 35
- Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah — AED 50

Pickup

Free pickup is available at our Umm Al Quwain shop at your selected time.

Delivery Times

Our team will coordinate a delivery window with you for the scheduled date. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout, and that someone is available to receive the order. We cannot be responsible for orders that fail due to incorrect details or unavailability at the address.

Care on Arrival

Our cakes are perishable. Please refrigerate immediately on receipt and follow any care guidance provided with your order.
